To those of you who gave it, I thank you for the pledges of support to myself and to the most noble Vikare clan at this latest Chanting. To those of you who didn't, rest assured that your concerns are being listened and seen to. None of you shall go without having your fears attended to, I am certain.

In any case, I am sure you are all aware of my recent attempt to bring the local populace into the foray that is the legal system. Please rest easy if you fear that you may be wrongly accused, or that you may lose your position. Your Lord Premier knows what he is doing and who is most true, and who is not. Evidence is a luxury and I'm sure you are all aware of that fact.

To the meat of the issue, I implore all Constables and Praetors to be on the lookout for any particularly unpatriotic individuals. Such disunity can only hurt Himaryn at this time, and it would be better for all if these unnecessarily raucous individuals were persuaded otherwise. Should you find any such individuals, please report them to our Praetor Victuus, so that they may shown true patriotism on the front lines.

Attention All Officials -

This is an emergency bulletin regarding the recent assassination plots on Our Lord Premier and the destructive attacks on the Agora.

Lord Arias, while Octavian and I understand your concerns for this 'witchhunt', as the rumors are calling it, please understand that it is no such thing. The usage of the commoners to "search for evidence," is a public-relations farce and powerless entity. No Vikare will be indicted without the personal citation of Lord Premier Octavian himself, who I assure you is very honest and trustworthy. I request that you bring your attention to much more pressing issues, like the matter of political assassinations, and put behind you these petty useless concerns.

On to business: you all will recall a little Salommite turned herself in several days ago confessing it was the Sha'za Crime Organization who orchestrated the attacks on our government. We must of course, question her honesty, as it is very possible some individual may have paid the fox a heavy incentive to put the blame on the Sha'za. I request that one of us detain the Salommite and cross-interrogate her to be sure of her reliability. For example, wouldn't she be a suspicious individual herself if she was present at the Agora when the spell-incantation occurred?

In either case, assuming the worst--if the Sha'za have really made their move against us, then we must make a plan of action and reaction. We will need to be cautious. The Sha'za Crime Organization's monopoly over salt is critical to food preservation for the meat caught in the Sehali. Their monopoly over metals is critical to our success on the Barbarian Front. I ask all officials to take this into consideration as we formulate a response to this incident.

Please work together to come to a resolution for this issue.

My Lord, as a official of the Military i would be pleased to serve you into asking this, Salomite, what she has been up to and why she was and how come she did it and who tried to bribe her to keep quiet, what led her to witness that event and how she was spotted.
