The Agora
The eleventh gate of the Stairwell opens to a bailey commonly known as the Agora. It is a public square, despite being located in the Enclave, and a fountain spews water at its center. It is commonly used as a meeting place by the politically inclined members of the city. There is also a bulletin here bearing the most recent degrees of the Lord Premier.
