Krishna's Ravine
A great earthquake several few hundred seasons ago opened a great cleft in the earth on the Sehali. This narrow ravine is precipous and separates the Sehali from Malenhal Savannah. It is actually not very wide; an athletic nyala or mountain goat could probably jump the span. One wouldn't want to fall though, as the chasm is several hundred feet deep. The only means of crossing the ravine is to either avoid it completely by going around, or by chancing on the many improvised bridges and rotten logs.
