The Nculin Veshas It is said that the only way to find the Nculin Veshas is to get lost in the Quabri, as the Veshas only reveal themselves to travelers in desperate need. In either case, the Nculin Veshas are legendary, because somewhere in the Quabri, there is a valley where the wind suddenly and abruptly ceases. By survival accounts, some merely myths and others not, the Nculin Veshas are always veiled in constant fog cover that reduces visibility to only a few feet in front. Compasses are said not to work in the Veshas, so lost travelers must be prepared to move solely by pure and divine instinct. |

Himaryn's Vestige - 1 Viewing In the clouds of the Nculin Veshas, one will eventually stumble onto this peculiar phenomena known as Himaryn's Vestige. Here, pebbles, rocks, and all sorts of rubble are witnessed to float, suspended and drifting in the air as if one had walked into the edge of space and time. Himaryn theologists have speculated that this field of levitating rubble are the remnants of the mythical floating Isle of Himaryn. After the Isle fell, fragments were scattered across the world, many of which have conglomerated in the heights of Altarspire. |

Hope's Rock Without sense of direction, one can wander the Nculin Veshas and Vestige's Crest for an entire eternity without finding the exit. The exception to this Hope's Rock, which is described by nearly all surviving accounts of those who witnessed the Vestige as the means they discovered the exit to Altarspire. It is actually a very simple t-shaped rock, but it is one of the few climbable mounds that allow a peek above the dense fog. From atop the point, one can see a trace of green in the distance—the welcome hint that the Beyondlands are near and not far away. |
