In a shocking turn of events, the Chanting turned out to be tied between the incumbent candidate Octavian and Salommite Katherine fortis Curantis Eucharis. In such an event, the current Lord Premier is slated to retain his or her position.
We can now officially announce that Octavian Marcus Ceilus is still our Lord Premier.
Octavian has announced that he will take on Lord Arias Damon Vettias Demosthenes as his First Praetor Victuus, and will make the following changes to the Laws of Himaryn:
Octavian has also announced that he personally will make an announcement later today regarding some efforts for social change, and some specifics of the Chanting.

- Law 1 shall be modified to read: All Vikare who can prove, through documentation, absolute purity of blood (no foreigner blood), shall be subject for a tax exemption directly proportionate to to one's income.
- Law 6 shall be modified to read: It is illegal to strike or defame a Vikare of pure blood without unnecessary provocation. Violators of this law shall be taken to prison.
- A New Law shall be formed and shall read: A military draft shall be instituted by the First Praetor Victuus. All individuals are subject to be drafted at the descretion of the First Praetor Victuus.
