oo1. The emperor of Himaryn shall be directly descended from Icarus through the blood of Nair's line. The crown shall pass along the first-born child, and in the event of no heir, it shall go to the nearest relative.

oo2. The Lord Premier shall be appointed by the Emperor to run the affairs of the kingdom and serve as the supreme chief minister when the Emperor is unavailable to make policy. The Lord Premier's word must be obeyed by all with the exception of the Emperor themselves.

oo3. The Lord Premier is responsible to hold seasonal Chantings, where he/she must accept and perform the final recommendation(s) of the Council and Public Forum. Failure to complete the recommendations is just cause to arrest and remove the Lord Premier from office due to incompetency.

oo4. Murder of innocent seir is illegal. Such activity will result in tribunals and possibly execution.

oo5. Thievery is illegal. Such activity will result in no less than three days in prison and a fine, depending on the severity of the crime.

oo6. Failure to report when summoned by government officials, or rebellious action taken against government officials is considered treason. Treason will result in imprisonment, tribunals, and possibly execution.

C U R R E N T _ L A W S

As established under the reign of Lord Premier Octavian, 5.1013

oo1. All Vikare who can prove through documentation, absolute purity of blood (no foreigner blood), are exempt from taxes.

oo2. A curfew at sunset is to be maintained in the city of Kosov. Loitering individuals without purpose shall be questioned and taken to the Provost's House. Vagrancy in the city of Kosov is a crime. It is illegal to sleep in the streets of Kosov.

oo3. All official sales shall pay a 30% sale tax to the Himaryn government.

oo4. Himaryn shall maintain the collection of 500 talc tolls at crossings and bridges along the Great East-West Road.

oo5. Slavery is illegal. All seir are not to be treated unequally on the basis of species or race.

oo6. It is illegal to strike or defame a Vikare of pure blood for any reason. Violators of this law shall be taken to prison.

oo7. Individuals who are in debt and fail to make the attempt to return their debt (either in monetary value or physical labor), shall be thrown into Debtor's Prison for an indefinite period of time until a relative or associate pays the balance of the debt.

oo8. The Empire of Himaryn shall be able to employ prisoners and force them to work in public works projects, such as construction and infrastructure, without pay.
