Description.
As the citizens of Himaryn recall, around a moon ago, an arsonist attempted to set fire to the Agora and disrupt the imperial activities of the seasonal Chanting and Forum. This is a violation of Himaryn Law, as it is considered a "rebellious action taken against government officials" and thus is treason. While it is fortunate that no one was harmed in this incident, the disciplinary force of Himaryn is taking every effort to ensure the safety and security of all by searching for this elusive and dangerous arsonist.

Appearance.
The physical appearance of this arsonist is unknown. No witnesses have come forth to describe said arsonist. Investigation efforts are underway to uncover further details.

Tips and Information.
A reward of 15,000 talcs will be given to any individual who can provide useful information leading to the arrest of this arsonist.

Bounty.
A reward of 70,000 talcs will be given to the bounty hunter (or split among a group of bounty hunters) who captures this arsonist alive, and returns him/her to the Capitol for further due process.

What kind of citizen of Himaryn do you call yourself? It has been nearly two moons since the attacks on the Agora occurred, and only now do you come forth with critical information about terrorizers of the state. Salommite, you are fortunate no additional casualties have occurred in this search process due to your inaction, because when you withhold intelligence from our government, you increase the chances criminals at large will launch another attack on innocents.

You claim that "fear" has prevented you from coming to us, but I would be inclined to think you are only interested in receiving a greedy reward for your information.

Rest assured--you will receive your dirty reward, if gold is all you Salommites care about--but we will also take you in for questioning in Himaryn's prisons. I assure you will become very well acquainted with your jailor, Alexzander in Potens Mirabilis. It would suit you best to cooperate, because you will only be released when he sees you have expired your usefulness.

May i resume my interogation with this filthy Salomite, to hear what it has to say. It would give me pleasure to have your blessing and go-ahead to squeeze the truth from this Salomite. I would like also for you to send a helper so that I can be stopped when this thing get on my nerves and not co-operate, further more would I like to report that i found a small piece of evidence near the forest a Lion pawprint with some ashes of a stick near it. So I don't know if the Salomite is talking the truth or just making it up or trying to blame shift so that she can take her own control.
